• Open the MK Management app in ChatGPT and choose Connect.
• Sign in with your MK Management Admin email and password, then choose Allow.
• Ask a question, for example “How much oil is in stock at each centre?”

• “Only Admin accounts can use the ChatGPT connector.” The ChatGPT app is for Madu Kenanga Sdn. Bhd. office Admins. Shop and driver accounts use the MK Management app instead.
• “Your account doesn't have access to this.” Your Admin account is not allowed to see that kind of data. A Super Admin can grant it in the MK Management Control panel.
• “Change your password before using ChatGPT.” Sign in to the MK Management app, set a new password, then connect again.
• Disconnecting. Remove the app in ChatGPT's settings at any time. It can only read, so disconnecting changes nothing in MK Management.
