MK Management is for shops that sell used cooking oil to Madu Kenanga Sdn. Bhd., its drivers and its office staff. Madu Kenanga Sdn. Bhd.approves every account. The ChatGPT app is only for approved MK Management Admin accounts.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Give accurate details and use MK Management only for real oil collections.

Weights, prices and payments become official once they are signed and approved. Approved records are not edited; a correction is recorded as a new revision with a reason. Official reports count only completed collections with approved weights.

The ChatGPT app is read-only and answers from the same records as the MK Management app. ChatGPT may summarise or word answers in its own way, so check the MK Managementapp before relying on a figure for payment or legal purposes. Your use of ChatGPT is also covered by OpenAI's terms.

Do not try to reach data your account is not allowed to see, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

We work to keep MK Management available and correct but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
